Fishing waders is one kind of special and protective clothing. They are made of waterproof material and can be divided into chest wader, waist wader and hip waders based on styles
They are mainly used in water area such as fishing.
Normally there are PVC fishing wader, neoprene fishing wader, nylon coating fishing wader, and breathable fishing wader based on materials.
Fishing wader normally use vulcanized rubber boots with neoprene lining and moulded sole.
If you want to be more warmer, you could choose 400g/600g/800g/1000g/1200g/1400g/1600g thinsulate to enhance the warmer function, but the cost are higher than normal neoprene lining. We have the compromising method to keep neoprene lining cost and achieve 800g thinsulate warmer function.
If you want to add anti-slip function, we could use fleece sole instead of moulded sole, the fleece sole cost is higher than moulded sole too
Now let us talk about the four kinds of fishing wader divided by materials
1. Neoprene fishing waders
This neoprene material are made in Japan, South Korea, Taiwan , China. The fishing wader do not need very good elastic parameter as the wetsuit, most neoprene fishing wader are made of China neoprene
China neoprene also have different quality, the low end neoprene would cause the leaking water problem, we use the good neoprene to keep the long time good quality.
The material thickness is between 4mm-6mm, 4mm-6mm neoprene have the good temperature isolation function, you would feel warmer in cold season with neoprene fishing wader. Due to the neoprene material feature, it should be dry after use and sore in a dark & dry place, like wetsuits

2.Breathable fishing waders
The breathable material are made in USA, Japan, Korea, Taiwan, China. It have 3layers and 5layers,manufactures laminated them with nylon fabric and waterproof breathable membrane. This fabric is lightweight and breathable but no warmer function itself. As the breathable fabric are imported from outside, so the cost are higher than other material fishing waders
It is mainly used in warmer seasons, however, we could add the inner warmer lining, so it is suitable for cold seams too

3.PVC fishing wader
Pure PVC material, light weight, easy to be teared, no breathable function, it is cheap wader
Normally use PVC boots, it is easy to control the quality compared with neoprene and breathable wader.
