We do not use new customer express account

    We have suffered "using new customer express account" problem before with following customer


The price we quoted are factory price,customer provide us the fedex account,both party could find it in talking history,however,the customer use FEDEX express policy and refused to pay the freight cost(they got goods already),the fedex could not get the express cost then ask us for payment(double value of the normal express cost)

    Plz understand we also do not accept express company collect goods from our
company under freight to be collected items

 

The two solutions are as follws
1.we arrange the experss and charge express cost
2.If you have agent in china,we sent goods to your appointed place,freight to be paid(as domestic express cost is no too much,we only have small risk)

I just talk with fedex via phone call,they tell me you do not want to
pay for express cost
We made the agreement  the price is factory price, which do not include express cost, so you provide your fedex account,plz see following

We have do our best to deliver your good quality products timely according to our agreement,and you have confirmed the quality.
it is not fair to us to pay for the express cost

Im sending you this email to let you know that Primuz will not pay for any express costs. First of all we thought the product price was including express cost. Second of all, we didnt have any formally agreement for any express costs.
 
According the information weve got from FedEx, states that we are not responsible for the express cost. The text below quotes the following:
